Terms of Service: The Trading Ranch & Bull Barbie

1. Educational Purposes Only (The “Shield” Clause)

The Trading Ranch and Bull Barbie provide educational content, custom indicators, and community discussion regarding futures and options. We are not financial advisors, and we are not a broker-dealer. * All content, including “RanchLines,” “PnL Brands,” and “ORBie” bot alerts, is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • No information provided constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security or instrument.

  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

2. High-Risk Warning (CFTC Rule 4.41)

Required Disclaimer: Futures and options trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor.An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading.

3. Membership & Access (Paid Memberships Pro)

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to join The Trading Ranch.

  • Account Security: Your membership is for your personal use only. Sharing login credentials or “leaking” RanchLines data/indicators to non-members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without a refund.

  • Subscription & Billing: By signing up, you authorize recurring charges. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard, but partial months are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All indicators (RanchLines, PnL Brands, etc.), logos, and proprietary strategies shared within the community are the intellectual property of Bull Barbie. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these tools for your personal trading only. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell our scripts.

5. Community Conduct

The Trading Ranch is a professional environment. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in:

  • Harassment or “toxicity” toward other members.

  • Spamming or promoting outside referral links/services.

  • Financial solicitation (asking members for money to trade).

6. Limitation of Liability

Bull Barbie and The Trading Ranch shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our site, tools, or community alerts. You trade at your own risk.
