What Are PnL Brands?
PnL Brands is a simple free indicator based on the original OrderLineDecorator that calculates the points and/or $ amount to your target and “brands” them onto the chart.
This NinjaTrader8 indicator helps you take the guess-work out of the mental math so you’ll know precisely, in the heat-of-the-moment, the actual value at your exits.
BullBarbie created the PnL Brands to make trading the fast and volatile futures markets by displaying point values next to targets, helping to manage risk and areas to scale in and out of trades. Points help with mental game, but $ conversions are available as well to help with prop firms. The original OrderLineDecorator was MIA so this idea was “Barbified”.
In this example, you can see our NinjaTrader chart “branded” with the stop loss in points (BullBarbie’s preferred setting). Currency-only and Points + Currency is also available in settings.
