The Trading Ranch: General Contest & Sweepstakes Rules

Effective Date: April 15, 2026

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Participation is open to legal residents 18 years or older, void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Methods & The “Free Entry” Guarantee

The first entry to any Trading Ranch contest is always free and carries the same weight as any other single entry.

  • The Base Entry (Always Free): You may enter by completing the form on the specific contest page.

  • Bonus Entries (Optional): We may offer optional ways to earn additional tickets, including:

    • Social Engagement: Following @BullBarbieTrading on X (Twitter).

    • Livestream Participation: Earning “Tickets” or “Entries” during live broadcasts via community interaction.

    • User Generated Content (UGC): Posting on X using our designated hashtags.

  • Fair Play: All entry methods, whether base or bonus, provide an equal opportunity to win based on the total number of entries collected.

3. Prize Awarding

  • Random Selection: Unless a UGC contest is specified as “judged,” all winners are selected via a random drawing.

  • Livestream Wins: If a winner is selected during a live event, they must be present (or follow the specific “check-in” instructions provided during the stream) to claim the prize.

  • Notification: Winners will be contacted via email or during the livestream where they entered (Email if on website, in livestream chat if live). Winners have 48 hours to respond or settle a prize after emails have been sent before a runner-up is selected.

4. Platform Compliance (YouTube & X)

  • YouTube: This contest is not sponsored by YouTube or Google. We do not offer entries for subscribing, liking, or hitting the notification bell, as per YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

  • X (Twitter): Participants must not use multiple accounts to enter. Creating multiple accounts to subvert entry limits will result in disqualification, per X’s anti-spam policies.

5. Terms for Finance-Niche Prizes

  • Indicators: Access is for a fixed term and does not auto-renew.

  • Prop Accounts: Prizes cover the initial evaluation fee only. All trading involves risk; a prize does not guarantee funding or future profit.
